Lavender coffee has arrived at Victory Road Farm! We are proud to partner with our Red Creek friend Happy Hippie Coffee Roasters to create our first lavender coffee together. Happy Hippie thoughtfully chose Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee beans to pair with our sweet Folgate culinary lavender. Boom! What a delicious combination!
Ethiopian Yirgacheffe is a coffee that needs little introduction. With a mild climate that experiences a lot of rainfall, Yirgacheffe's high altitudes produce fruit-forward, sweet coffees that are prized amongst coffee drinkers around the world. These beans are then roasted medium to highlight their natural flavors. When combined with our culinary lavender, these flavors are enhanced and create a delightful tasting experience.
